Not to brag…but I’M BACK!!! After going on the coldest streak of my career I came back with a vengeance by going 2-1 on my picks last weekend! This weekend I’m going to bring you some soccer, NBA, and NHL bets. Also, we got the staff’s Kentucky Derby picks for the weekend. Giddy-up!

Houston Rockets (-4.5, -110) over San Antonio Spurs – Friday 9:30 PM
Tony Parker is out for the rest of the playoffs. Kawhi Leonard is a beast, but it’ll be an uphill climb for the steady Spurs. I’m giving points and taking the Rockets.
St Louis Blues (Moneyline -115) over Nashville Predators- Friday 8:05 PM
I’m rooting for the Predators in the Western Conference, but it sure feels like the Blues have one more game left in them before they head home for good. Take the Blues in this one and then take the Preds in the rest of the series(if necessary).
Everton (Pick -120) Over Swansea City- Saturday 12:30 PM
I love this! First off, I love pick em! Secondly, I’ll get a scouting report on Swansea for when they come into town on July 22nd. Everton all day long!
Maybe one of my favorite events of the year. Truly the start of spring and normally I come out of it with a little more walking around money. My personal preference is to pepper the board with a mix of favorites and long shots, but instead of revealing that strategy I’ve asked some of the staff to provide their favorites.
JP: Some of those names are really dumb. I’m looking at you Hence, Always Dreaming, and Fast and Accurate. But there are also some names that I like: J Boys Echo, Gunnervera (Wenger Out?)
My favorite has to be Thunder Snow. Just two forces of nature combined into in all power name. I feel like it needs to be written in all capital letters though: THUNDER SNOW (20-1)
Fitz: I’m taking McCracken (5-1)…it just feels right. Also, his dad’s name is Ghostzapper which is awesome because I’m scared of ghosts.
Mike: I’m going with Girvin (15-1) because that’s my favorite name and Tapwrit (20-1)because he likes to run in the mud
T-Git: I’m going to have to go with Classic Empire (4-1) because we’re picking the winner right? Who doesn’t like a badass who’s also the favorite. Sounds like an Irish UFC fighter we all now. Classic Empire with a Classic Finish
Jet: Irish War Cry (6-1) He’s already beat Classic Empire in the Holy Bull. He’s a winner, with only one loss. Great name and no diva-like attitude problems like certain other favorites.
JFK: Battle of Midway (30-1)
Moneybags: Gormley (20-1)
